CACNY membership is open to high schools, colleges, and community-based organizations (CBOs) that are committed to helping young people from New York pursue a college education.
If you would like to become a member, please complete the following two steps:
- Complete the appropriate application form (based on membership type), and
- Mail the completed form, along with your annual dues payment, to:

Application Forms
CACNY's application forms are designed to gather information that will be of interest to other member organizations and their students and to prepare the annual CACNY Profiles.
The applications are PDF documents. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to download and print them. (Most computers have this software on them. If yours does not, you can download Acorbat Reader.)

Membership Type Annual Dues
Colleges/Universities
This category covers divisions of colleges and universities
with the authority to recruit and admit students for undergraduate
admission.
Dues: $75
High Schools
This category includes public, parochial, and private high schools
in the five boroughs of New York City. Most often, members represent
schools' guidance or college offices.
Dues: $35
Community-Based Organizations
This category includes college access programs run by CBOs as
well as programs that are based on a college campus but are not
involved in admitting students for undergraduate admission.
Upward Bound, Talent Search, and Liberty Partnerships
programs are included in this category.
Dues: $35
Individuals
In certain cases, individuals who have worked with college
access programs or for a CACNY member school or college and who
continue to be active in the field, as consultants to organizations
or as job seekers, may apply for an individual membership.
Acceptance is on a case-by-case basis.
Dues: $35
